Writing is not an easy job. Especially when you have a hundred distractions.

I have had my share of them the past weeks, a language exam, a work project….

But like I keep telling myself, the mark of a true writer is that he or she never gives up writing, because it is the essence of who he or she is.

I haven’t given up writing, just that I have not polished up anything into a finished product for the last month.

That has to change now, because I have contest deadlines to follow.

Here’s to finishing up a few things this week. Amen.
