Bamboo Walkway at the Sarawak Cultural Vilage

The tribals of Sarawak, East Malaysia, create bamboo walkways to cross over muddy areas, just like this one at the Sarawak Cultural Village.

Sarawak Cultural Village hosts a Rainforest World Music Festival each year, a great tourist attraction and a major draw for music lovers. You can find a realistic account of the festival at this blog.

In real life news, apart from my Kuching snapshots, it is back to the daily grind of work, more work, and more work.

I still have to get into the 2010 mode, but what the heck, I’m trying. Off to write my daily count, and hopefully hit a 1000 words. Thinking of taking part in THIS project. Wish me luck!
