August in India is all about rains.
I spoke to my grandma today and she said it hasn’t stopped raining in days. I miss her, and miss rains in her village— so I thought I’d share a few pictures of the rainy season in her village in hinterland India– as green and peaceful as her heart, and as full of blessings:
Very nice scene I enjoyed most
What a lovely presentation.

Tossing It Out
I was fortunate to visit India and indeed, it has some beautiful areas. I’m a grandmother and it is a true blessing.
Grandmas soothe our souls. I can feel the tranquility in the photos, lovely.
Beautiful pictures! We’ve been suffering from a drought this summer, so a bit of rain (no floods, please) would come as a relief.
Not sure what’s been happening with my comments in WordPress. I leave them and they disappear. Trying facebook this time.
Nice scenes. We’re getting rain here too.
Nice scenes, Damyanti. We’ve been getting our share here too.
That’s a lot of rain.
