Sincere Condolences to you and your family.

I have always believed that the journey is the destination itself 😀

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's sister. My sympathies to you and your family.

As for your post: it's the same as that saying about the journey being more important than the destination. The snail is perfect for that sentiment. If you run and fall on your face, you may never even get there in the first place. If you enjoy the ride, you will be happy every day until you get there.

My thoughts are with you. One of the reasons I prefer rail travel is the added sights of the journey- you see so much of the "backyards" of cities, as well as abandoned buildings, historic structures, etc.

I though that quote might apply to today's airlines, since they've taken the fun out of flying, but the idea of not arriving stopped me. Thoughts of sitting on the tarmac or worse. Hmmm. Other than that, the picture is beautiful!

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's sister. I wish you and your family peace and comfort during this difficult time.

…Your quote spotlights the journey over the destination, something useful for writers with publishing ambitions to think about.

My condolences to you and your family. I have a post coming on my travel blog that says basically it's not just the destination but the journey that matters. Think we're thinking alike.

I'm sorry to hear about your husband's sister! Praying! Also, that picture is so inspiring. Do whatever it takes to get where you know you need to be. Also– "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!" (Philippians 4:13)

Yes, life is all about the journey, not the destination.
