No Matter Where You Go, There You Are

For all of April, I’m going wordless for the A to Z Challenge.

The title of each post is a phrase/
that inspires me as a writer, and below is a picture I
think best embodies it. In the comments, I invite you to discuss what the
phrase means to you, as a person, a reader, or whatever other role you might
choose for yourself in life.

That phrase always made me think of a truism I learned early in life: All the things you think you are escaping, follow you. If you want to move on because there is something wrong with your life, take a hard look at yourself first to make sure it isn't something that needs fixed before you move on and take it with you.

The body may travel the world around … the soul remains where it loves to be ( the one it loves to think about ,times change, destinations change , everything changes just the soul remains where it was..)
I am at peace Dont know why looking at the image and matching it with the phrase … u got to be a thinker !! kudos to u !!

Two thoughts came to mind – be present wherever you go and the other was my spiritual connection taking the you into an I context – that He is with us wherever we go.

I think it meant that no matter where we go and whatever situations we may face, we can't change our own identity. We can't run away from ourselves…Hope I got it right 🙂 The pic is beautiful 🙂

I remember a song from the 1960s that had a line like this or very similar. I always liked it and took it to mean that you can't be someone else even if you go far away because, ta tum, there you are. The photo makes me think of a cross country train trip I took about the same time and, not surprisingly, no matter where I went, there I was.

Great idea to use images as inspiration through A-Z. This photo makes me think of the many Greyhound trips I've taken and the misery of the bus. I once traveled on the bus from Denver to Seattle and it almost made me crazy. This girl looks a bit more relaxed.
