No I don't write every day. To the people who do write every day, what do you write about? Just wondering.
YES. Every day. Occasionally it's only journal entries, but writing those for 20+ years is what's made me so comfortable getting my thoughts down. I think there are immeasurable benefits to lifting a pen or keyboard every day. =)
(I LOVE that Ray Bradbury quote!)
I try to write every day! Thanks for the Ray Bradbury quote!
I love this – I'm writing everyday at the moment because of NaNoWriMo, but when November is over it's a habit I want to keep up! Sara
I tend to write when time is just right, nothing forced.
I love these lines
Lovely to see how different folks approach writing. Thank you so much for sharing your perspective!
If notes count, then yes. My home is littered with notebooks, post-its, napkins…you name it, I'll write on it. It gets chaotic sometimes, which is why I've been trying to sort and stuff them into binders or folders.
I write in my head a lot too. Sometimes it's the best way to sort out the content.
Everyday I hear characters whisper around me I listen to them till they whisper and i then write their whispers only.
Nope…i wouldn't be able to and be very frustrated if I tried to write everyday. And I disagree with this quote. The true inspirations are not in libraries but in the real world outside which is why I love to travel – Ishwinder
Hi,
No rules, but I end up sniffing books and writing everyday anyways. Sniffing books *should* be a rule of personal hygiene 🙂
Hey Damyanti!
Would you believe it? Even I write in my head everyday! Hope some day will be able to put them all in my Blogs/Books! 🙂
(Great minds think alike!) 🙂
Yes. I do write everyday.
Loved those lines.. yes, it might just be an entry in my diary but I do make it a point to write and read everyday 🙂
Hi Damyanti,
My human and I write when we feel like it. No schedule , no rules. And yes, the writing within our hearts, our minds, is always there.
Take care, my human friend.
Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar! 🙂
Yes. I do write everyday.
Pretty much, I do. Yes. I do take breaks between major projects. Those breaks are getting shorter.
With two children under 3? Impossible. I write 5 days a week though, so I think that's pretty close.
You're doing really good! I have the two under three as well and am finally getting a schedule for writing back. Lately I've been able to pull off six days, but not for any length of time- but i guess a half hour is better than nothing.
I blog every day. And, because everything is about writing, I work on writing every single day. 🙂
Can't write everyday.I feel it takes up too much of my time 🙂
I don't work on a story every day, but I do write something every day.
