The Rain World Chronicles by Robin Hobb

I just finished reading The Rain Wild Chronicles. The volumes are named The Dragon Keeper and Dragon Haven. Written by Robin Hobb, these books helped me detach myself from reality for almost two days, and for that I was grateful, because they were pretty bad days physically, with aches and pains everywhere.

I love her take on high fantasy, where the dragons are born as cripples and work hard to become true dragons, with lots of human help, of course.
I love the Amazon-forest-like atmosphere Hobb has created, adore the characters, and any small doubts I had in the form of plot holes were washed away by the lushness of the story. Looking forward to the third part, which the author is writing as we speak.
